Program Overview

The Academy program is the extended version of our Introduction to Entrepreneurship program. Students will work through the essential steps for creating a business with the assistance of experts from Melbourne Innovation Centre over 5 full days.

Available to all Victorian students years 7-12 on application. Limited program places available.

Further skills developed include critical entrepreneurial and employability skills such as problem solving, customer centric design, business model development, data analysis/measurement and project execution.

The Student Start-Up academy program is a five day experience for students providing:

  • Seed investment;
  • Workspace;
  • Workshops;
  • Mentors; and
  • Public pitch events

This is an opportunity for students to develop their innovative ideas further and launch a business to market.
