The Banyule Nillumbik Tech School has returned to on-line delivery for the next 5 weeks and we have a new, exciting range of programs available to support and enhance current offerings at our partner schools.

We are very excited to kick off with 300 year 7 students from Viewbank College undertaking our Biodiverse City Inquiry program remotely! Students have the opportunity to get outside and understand biodiversity in their own back yards, collect data and contribute to citizen science through Atlas of Living Australia. We use a range of engaging, online whiteboard tools that support students to collaborate in small teams while working remotely – we know students are going to have a lot of fun!

For schools that haven’t yet made a booking in 2020 – I encourage you to check out our program suite and see if there is something that might suit your students. Feedback from schools has been that our programs provide something a little different for students to look forward to.

We have a number of industry partnerships including with Farmwall, Melbourne Innovation Centre, North East Link, In2Science and Bees with Backpacks that we are formalising for our next round of programs. Watch this space as we start to reveal more!
